Our Health Guarantee:

A great deal of attention and precaution is given to our puppies before they are placed in their forever homes. Please acknowledge that the actions we recommend after you receive your new puppy is for the well-being of the puppy.

Initial Health Guarantee

Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian no later than 3 business days from the date of delivery. All puppies have been examined by our vet and found to be in good health at the time of shipment. The seller is under no obligation to honor the guarantee if this puppy has not been examined by a licensed veterinarian within the 72 hour period.

The breeder assumes no liability for any expenses incurred by the buyer, whether vet charges or any other expenses once the puppy leaves the breeder and is in the buyer's possession. The buyer is responsible for the costs to return the puppy to the breeder. This health guarantee is non-transferable.

Should your puppy be found of a life threatening congenital health defect, you must provide the breeder with a written assessment from a licensed veterinarian regarding the defect, along with the contact information of the vet. If any life threatening congenital disorder has been determined, the breeder retains the right to have a veterinarian of breeder's choice to provide a second opinion of assessment. If the puppy has died, the breeder requests an autopsy to be done at the buyer's expense to determine the cause of death. A letter from the licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death is required for replacement of the puppy.

If a congenital health issue is determined, the puppy will be replaced at the earliest availability with a puppy of equal value. The breeder does not offer refunds on money paid under any circumstances.

One Year Health Guarantee

Your puppy is guaranteed for (1) year from the date of birth against any life-threatening genetic or hereditary disease or defect.

This health guarantee does not include human error, hypoglycemia, parasites of any kind, kennel cough or intestinal parasites or bacteria including coccidia, campyobactor, giardia. These are common occurrences found in puppies until their immune system is mature. Puppies can contract any of these from their environment. We take precautions to avoid these conditions and ask that you do the same after receiving your puppy. Avoid completely or limit contact of your puppy around other dogs until all booster vaccinations have been given.
